Primary Teacher – Guaranteed Pay Scheme (Medway)

About the role

Reed Education is partnering with a Trust of four primary schools in the Medway area to provide a Guaranteed Pay Scheme for qualified primary teachers. You will be the first‑choice supply teacher for day‑to‑day and short‑term cover across the Trust, enjoying consistent work and the security of guaranteed pay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching for Early Years, KS1 and KS2 across multiple schools.
• Provide reliable day‑to‑day and short‑term cover as required.
• Support children’s learning and adapt to different classroom settings.
• Build strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents in each school.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Based in or able to commute to the Medway area.
• Confident teaching Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
• Passionate about supporting pupils and flexible to meet varying timetables.
