Primary Teacher

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Teachers to support schools in the Horsham area. The role is flexible, allowing you to work between one and five days per week, making it ideal for supplementing an existing schedule or taking on full‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and record student progress, providing feedback and preparing them for examinations.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and contribute to the wider school community.
• Utilise a range of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in primary education.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to children’s education.
