About the role

We are partnering with a Trust of four primary schools in Medway and are looking for qualified primary teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. This role offers regular supply work across KS1 and KS2 with the security of guaranteed pay even when not placed.

Key responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day and short‑term cover for primary classes across the four schools.
Deliver high‑quality teaching for Early Years, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
Adapt lessons to different school settings while maintaining consistent standards.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
Based in or able to commute to the Medway area.
Confident teaching Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
Passionate about supporting children’s learning and flexible in supply assignments.
