Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2)

About the role

TeacherActive is working with a supportive mainstream Primary School in Middlesbrough with a Good OFSTED rating. The school provides a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence and achieve their potential. The school is looking to take on a dedicated Primary Teacher from September on a long‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers are also welcome.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
• Excellent classroom management and strong communication skills.
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching.
