About the role
A friendly and well‑supported primary school in Tonbridge is seeking a talented teacher to lead a mixed‑year group class on a full‑time, long‑term basis. This role offers the chance to adapt teaching across two year groups while maintaining high expectations for all learners.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of two year groups.
- Monitor attainment and provide targeted support where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in primary education.
- Strong organisational and classroom‑management skills.
- Commitment to a full‑time, long‑term placement.
