Primary Teacher Opportunities for Summer Term & September

About the role
We are partnering with schools and multi‑academy trusts across Kent and Medway to place primary teachers for the upcoming Summer Term and the September intake. The positions are available on a full‑time or part‑time basis and can be taken as temporary supply work or longer‑term assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a primary setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive classroom culture.
- Flexibility to work across different schools within the South East region.
Required skills
- Effective classroom management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to design and adapt lesson plans.
