Primary Teacher – Supply (KS1 & KS2)

About the role

Randstad Education is seeking qualified primary teachers to join its supply teaching network across South Liverpool. You will deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, providing continuity and support in a variety of school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons for KS1 and KS2 classes.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs.
• Manage behaviour and ensure student safety.
• Follow each school’s policies and collaborate with staff to support student progress.

Required profile

• Valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching KS1 and KS2.
• Flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to quickly engage new classrooms.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Willingness to travel between schools in South Liverpool.

• Curriculum planning for primary education.

• Ability to differentiate instruction for mixed‑ability groups.
