Primary Teacher – Supply Roles in Chester

About the role
Randstad Education is seeking qualified Primary Teachers for supply positions across schools in Chester and Ellesmere Port. These roles are ideal for teachers who want to gain experience in different settings while enjoying flexible, day‑to‑day assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Mark daily work and provide constructive feedback.
- Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally.
- Maintain accurate records and follow school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
- Willingness to work in Chester or Ellesmere Port schools.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Early‑career teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Ability to plan and adapt lessons to diverse learner needs.
- Effective classroom management and assessment skills.
