Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a balanced, imaginative curriculum that inspires a love of learning.
• Maintain comprehensive records of pupil progress and use data to inform future lesson planning.
• Create an organised, inspiring, and safe classroom environment that showcases children’s work.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop cross‑curricular projects.
• Build strong professional relationships with parents through regular updates and meetings.
• Fully adhere to all safeguarding protocols to protect pupil well‑being.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary education experience in the UK.
• Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
• Current Enhanced DBS check valid for the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Exceptional communication skills, leadership potential and effective behaviour management.
• Commitment to contributing to the wider life and extra‑curricular culture of the school.
