Primary Teacher – Year 2‑6 Supply (Flexible)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Year 2‑6 supply teachers to work across primary schools in Southampton and the wider Hampshire area. The role offers flexible full‑time, part‑time or day‑to‑day assignments with immediate start dates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom teaching for Year 2‑6 pupils.
• Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and timetables.
• Provide day‑to‑day coverage with minimal planning and marking requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience teaching Year 2‑6 classes.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptability and confidence in varied school environments.
• Proactive, professional attitude and passion for pupil development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
