About the role

Reed Education is partnering with primary schools across Cheshire East to recruit enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants. You will work alongside class teachers to support the delivery of high‑quality education and help children develop independence and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Provide one‑to‑one support for pupils who need extra help.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime.

Required profile

• Positive, confident communicator with a resilient attitude.
• Willingness to work with children who may test boundaries.
• Enjoys participating in cross‑curricular activities and a dynamic classroom environment.
