About the role

Vida Education is seeking qualified Primary Teaching Assistants to provide day‑to‑day support in a range of primary schools across North West England. The role offers flexible, part‑time or temporary assignments, allowing you to work in the key stage or year group that best matches your preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom assistance to teachers and support pupils with learning activities.
• Cover short‑term and long‑term staff absences across various primary schools.
• Adapt to different year groups and key stages based on school needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• UK Right to Work status.
• TA qualification (minimum Level 2) or relevant teaching assistant experience.
• Current Enhanced DBS registration with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to obtain a new Enhanced DBS (cost applies).
