About the role
We are seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a Chester primary school from September. The role is full‑time and focuses on supporting Key Stage 2 classes, including pupils with SEND needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons across multiple KS2 classes.
- Provide additional support to SEND pupils during lessons.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with KS2 pupils.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Proof of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
- CV covering at least ten years of education or employment.
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost reimbursed).
