About the role
Engage Education is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in Littlehampton. The role supports students both in the classroom and beyond, helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support students in and out of the classroom.
- Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Required profile
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
