Primary Teaching Assistant – Tonbridge (Full‑time, Term‑time)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming primary schools in Tonbridge. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general classroom support to teachers across Reception to Year 6.
- Deliver 1:1 assistance for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Support children’s learning and development under the guidance of the class teacher.
Required profile
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude.
- Reliable and committed to supporting children.
- Confident in building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Passionate about education and making a difference.
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
