About the role
Reed is seeking enthusiastic Year 1 supply teachers for primary schools across Hampshire. The role offers flexible daily rates, minimal planning, and the chance to work in a variety of school environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons to Year 1 pupils.
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour and a safe learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and timetables.
- Support pupils’ learning and development in line with the curriculum.
Required profile
- Relevant classroom experience, preferably with Year 1 students.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Adaptability and confidence in varied school environments.
- Proactive, professional attitude and passion for early‑year education.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
