Principal Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality

About the role

As a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
• Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry‑leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience (management consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech‑enabled consulting solutions.
