We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions that generate measurable business impact. Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to uncover high‑value data science opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models, analytics pipelines and data products.
• Lead cross‑functional data science projects from concept through production.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure scalable, robust data pipelines.
• Set technical standards, mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices.
• Promote ethical data use, governance and privacy throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering data science and AI solutions in real‑world settings.
• Strong statistical analysis and machine‑learning expertise.
• Proven ability to write and optimise production‑grade code.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including data engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
