About the Role

Join a global leader in financial services consulting as a Principal Frontend Developer. You will spearhead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, driving digital transformation for world-class financial institutions.

Main Missions

  • Architect and implement complex, large-scale frontend systems using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React.
  • Design responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces following high-end UX/UI standards.
  • Define, promote, and enforce frontend engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
  • Act as a technical leader by mentoring junior and mid-level developers to foster technical excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to translate complex product requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by participating in recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Frontend Engineer in a complex software environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching and technical mentorship.
  • Expertise in building secure and scalable applications for the financial sector or similar highly regulated industries.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, flat organizational structure and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

  • Expert proficiency in React and modern JavaScript ecosystems (ES6+, TypeScript).
  • Deep understanding of Responsive Design, Web Accessibility (WCAG), and UI/UX principles.
  • Advanced Frontend Architecture and system design skills.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and technical leadership.
