Principal Product Marketing Manager – API

About the role

Synthesia, the leading AI video platform for enterprises, is expanding its Interactive Avatar API, enabling companies to embed real‑time conversational avatars into their products. As the first product marketing hire dedicated to the API, you will create the go‑to‑market motion from scratch, shaping positioning, developer‑facing messaging, launch processes, and developer acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the API product positioning and messaging for developers.
• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the Interactive Avatar API.
• Establish launch processes and developer outreach programs to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and sales to align plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience building product or developer marketing programs from the ground up.
• Hands‑on experience working with APIs, including calling endpoints and integrating webhooks.
• Familiarity with generative AI video tools and rapid adoption of new models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex programs.
