About the role

The Principal Scientist will lead advanced research and development projects for a globally‑focused talent development group. This full‑time remote position involves designing experiments, driving innovation, and translating research outcomes into practical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cutting‑edge R&D projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design, execute, and analyse experiments to generate high‑impact results.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build cross‑functional collaborations across technical and business teams.
• Publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals and contribute to patent filings.
• Support the transformation of research into commercial or operational solutions.
• Participate in global talent development initiatives and innovation ecosystem activities.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant scientific or technical discipline with a strong research record.
• Extensive experience in scientific research, experimental design, and R&D.
• Proven ability to mentor junior researchers and lead collaborative teams.
• Demonstrated experience in technology transfer, R&D transformation, or innovation enhancement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Track record of publications in peer‑reviewed journals and/or patent filings.
• Understanding of global talent recruitment and innovation ecosystems is a plus.
