Principal System Test Engineer

About the role

Join AccelerComm, a high‑performance physical‑layer technology business, as a Principal System Test Engineer. You will own the verification, automation and validation of complex wireless products, shaping the future testing strategy for next‑generation 5G and satellite communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated Python‑based test systems and scalable verification frameworks.
• Integrate and automate RF test equipment such as spectrum analysers, signal generators and VNAs.
• Define test strategies from system requirements and 3GPP specifications.
• Collaborate with software, FPGA, systems and algorithm engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Support customer demonstrations and occasional international engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in RF or wireless system testing and Python test automation.
• Hands‑on knowledge of 4G/5G, LTE or digital communications standards.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment and system integration/verification.
• Familiarity with embedded systems or wireless communications development.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams and travel for customer demos.
