Principal Trainer – Remote (London) – £50k-£55k

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Trainer to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Nology’s technical and future‑skills programmes. The role is remote‑first with regular meet‑ups in London and occasional site visits, offering the chance to shape the next generation of technologists.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery, quality and evolution of software engineering, data and cloud training curricula.
• Provide curriculum leadership and develop coaching frameworks for internal trainers.
• Drive learner success and ensure consultants are ready for client engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee operational aspects of the training programmes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in technical training, coaching or learning delivery.
• Solid foundation in software engineering, data and cloud technologies.
• Background in consulting, code training or early‑career programmes is a plus.
