Print Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Print Operations Manager to lead our growing production team in Milton Keynes. This newly created role will own day‑to‑day operations, optimise processes and ensure the highest quality service from enquiry through to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and office operations, managing schedules, workflow and resource allocation.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate installation teams and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Lead, motivate and support production and office staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve operational challenges and work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Assist the business owner in driving growth and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a print, signage, graphics, manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a production‑led setting.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and workflow management.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and build strong client relationships.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £38,000‑£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
