Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail‑oriented Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist to join our fast‑paced, high‑volume production team. The role involves operating a range of large‑format printers, ensuring high‑quality output, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large‑format printers such as Mimaki, Colorado, Arizona, and Epson (training provided where required).
• Produce high‑quality prints on various materials and substrates while managing daily production schedules.
• Carry out quality control checks throughout production and conduct final inspections before dispatch.
• Communicate issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care of equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and suggest process improvements.
• Monitor stock levels of production materials and report inventory needs.

• Proven experience in a large‑format print production environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Experience in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven production settings.
