Print Production Manager – 3D & 2D POS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Print Production Project Manager with a strong background in both 2D and 3D point‑of‑sale (POS) solutions. You will join a leading integrated creative and production agency, overseeing a varied portfolio of print and POS projects for major retail and consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage print and POS projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring quality, cost and deadline targets are met.
• Oversee procurement, production and logistics for 2D print, 3D cardboard POS, FSDUs and other promotional items.
• Work with a broad network of suppliers, negotiate costs and coordinate production schedules.
• Visit suppliers to perform quality checks, oversee testing and verify physical solutions.
• Maintain project administration including timesheets, invoicing and procurement records.

Required profile

• Hands‑on production/project management experience within an agency or manufacturing environment.
• Solid experience across both print and POS production, including 3D cardboard solutions.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
