Private Banking Lending Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

Join a specialist lending team delivering bespoke financing solutions for high‑net‑worth clients across the UK. You will work remotely, collaborating with Private Banking colleagues, credit risk teams and professional introducers to manage complex residential and specialist lending cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new lending enquiries and renewals for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, introducers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and originate new lending opportunities aligned with the Private Banking proposition.
• Support clients throughout the entire lending lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service.
• Improve processes, maintain robust controls and uphold high standards of documentation and governance.
• Influence senior stakeholders to shape the future of Private Banking lending.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience managing complex High Net Worth residential and specialist lending cases.
• Strong knowledge of the UK residential property market and associated lending products.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with Private Banking colleagues, credit risk teams, brokers and introducers.
• Excellent judgement and decision‑making skills, balancing customer outcomes with risk considerations.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, control maintenance and governance.
