Private Client Chartered Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive to lead our Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney supervision team. The role offers flexible working hours, no billable targets, and the chance to contribute to high‑quality estate‑planning services within an ethical legal business.

Key responsibilities

• Support an experienced team of solicitors and technical professionals in the active progression of client files.
• Provide quality assurance for wills, trusts and LPA documentation, ensuring legal and technical accuracy.
• Review and give feedback on client instructions to meet estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with the estate‑planning team, offering technical support and handling ad‑hoc queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills drafting and tax planning.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
