Private Client Chartered Legal Executive – Wills Supervision Manager

About the role

This position is for a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive who will act as a Wills Case Supervision Manager within an estate‑planning team. The role is non‑billable, offering a focus on quality and client service, with flexible full‑time or part‑time hours and the option to work remotely or on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Support a team of solicitors and technical professionals by reviewing wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney for legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and necessary amendments to meet clients’ estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with colleagues throughout cases, offering technical support and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain quality assurance processes and uphold the firm’s service standards.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills writing and tax planning.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
