Private Client Lawyer – 2+ PQE, London

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Lawyer with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join a growing team in Greater London. The role offers high‑quality work across wills, probate, estate administration and inheritance tax planning, with a clear pathway to partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
• Prepare inheritance tax returns, Grant of Representation applications and estate accounts.
• Oversee administration of estate assets, including property portfolios and company shareholdings.
• Manage new enquiries, take instructions and provide client‑focused advice throughout the probate process.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised approach to managing an independent caseload.
• Ambition to develop a career and progress towards partnership.
