Private Client Lawyer – 2+ PQE – London

About the role

We are expanding our Private Client team in Greater London and are looking for a motivated lawyer with at least two years post‑qualification experience. You will work on high‑value matters, develop strong client relationships and have a clear pathway towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
• Prepare inheritance tax returns, Grant of Representation applications and estate accounts.
• Oversee administration of estate assets, including property portfolios and company shareholdings.
• Manage new enquiries, take instructions and provide client‑focused advice throughout the probate process.

Required profile

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced fee‑earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised approach to managing a personal caseload.
• Ambition to develop a career and progress towards partnership.
