Private Client Lawyer – 5+ years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well‑established, people‑first legal practice in Sittingbourne. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team that values work‑life balance, personal development and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, including complex probate matters.
• Draft and review wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration documents.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to business development and the continued expansion of the department.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Proven ability to handle complex probate and estate administration cases.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, client‑focused and eager to support team growth.
