About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established regional law firm in Kent to recruit a qualified Private Client Legal Executive. You will join a respected private client team, handling a varied and high‑quality caseload for individuals, families and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters.
• Draft wills and provide estate‑planning advice.
• Handle probate and estate administration.
• Advise on trusts, tax and succession planning.
• Support high‑net‑worth clients and complex estates where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in private client work; PQE level flexible.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate and estate planning.
• Professional, personable approach with excellent client‑care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
