Private Client Paralegal – Faversham

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegal to join a well‑established law firm in Faversham. Working closely with an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will gain hands‑on mentoring and develop your expertise in private client and probate matters while delivering outstanding client care.

Key responsibilities

• Support a Private Client Solicitor with a varied caseload.
• Attend client meetings and prepare follow‑up documentation.
• Draft legal correspondence and client letters.
• Assist with probate administration and prepare related legal documents.
• Manage electronic records and maintain accurate client files.
• Liaise with clients in a professional, patient, and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Private Client law as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal.
• Understanding of probate administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
• Willingness to learn, develop and adapt to established ways of working.
