About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join a forward‑thinking high‑street practice in Handforth. The role sits within a supportive five‑person Private Client team, providing assistance on Wills, Trusts and Probate under the guidance of experienced fee earners. Hybrid working and a strong administrative support structure are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
• Draft Wills and support Trust and Probate files.
• Liaise with clients, third parties and HMRC where required.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion under supervision.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law.
• Exposure to Wills, Probate and/or Trust matters.
• Strong client‑care skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
