Private Client Paralegal - High Value Trusts

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long‑established law firm that advises high‑net‑worth individuals, families, trustees and business owners. You will work within a dedicated Trusts & Corporate Services team, receiving mentoring and exposure to complex trust and estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of trusts and estates.
• Support probate and estate administration from inception to completion.
• Prepare trust documentation, legal correspondence and estate administration documents.
• Liaise with high‑net‑worth clients, trustees, executors, beneficiaries and other professional advisers.
• Draft legal documents, reports, attendance notes and file notes.
• Conduct legal research and assist with technical private client matters.
• Manage client records ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to fee earners on a varied caseload.
• Assist with inheritance tax and estate planning matters where appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional client care throughout each matter.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in Private Client, Trusts, Probate, Wills or Estate Administration.
• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Probate Paralegal or similar role.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client, Trusts and Estate Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Professional, empathetic approach to client interactions.
