About the role
We are looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join our growing team in Rochester. The role focuses on drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, with the chance to develop probate and Court of Protection experience. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages progression towards professional qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney for private clients.
- Provide client liaison and advice on private client matters.
- Assist with probate documentation where required.
- Support the development of future Court of Protection work.
Required profile
- Experience drafting wills and LPAs.
