Private Client Partner – High Net Worth Legal Role

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Partner to join a leading London law firm’s Private Client practice. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and families with complex, multi‑jurisdictional estates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on wills, succession planning and estate administration for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Design and implement tax planning structures and manage complex probate matters.
• Create, administer and advise on trusts, including bespoke multi‑jurisdictional arrangements.
• Handle lasting powers of attorney and other elderly client matters.
• Lead business development initiatives, network with potential clients and contribute to the growth of the London team.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in private client work, especially high‑value estate planning and tax advice.
• Established client base or strong referral network within London and surrounding areas.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
