Private Client Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE

About the role

Our client, a long‑standing law firm in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience. The role is based primarily in Milton Keynes with occasional travel to the Buckingham office, offering a supportive and progressive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Handle lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, trusts and tax planning.
• Assist clients with inheritance and succession planning.
• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Develop business through proactive client engagement and commercial awareness.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Private Client work.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Team‑player who enjoys collaborative work.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between offices.
