About the role

A well‑established, forward‑thinking law firm in Devon is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join its team following a departure. The successful candidate will inherit a ready‑made, quality caseload and work within a supportive, reputable environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide advice and drafting for wills and estate planning.
Manage probate and estate administration matters.
Set up and administer trusts.
Prepare and advise on lasting powers of attorney.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in Private Client work.
Strong technical knowledge of private client law and excellent client‑care abilities.
Ambitious, team‑oriented and able to develop existing relationships.
