Private Client Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Hybrid – Somerset

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established team in Somerset. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, delivering specialist advice on wills, trusts, probate and related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, LPAs and inheritance tax planning.
• Provide strategic advice to high‑net‑worth clients and their families.
• Supervise and mentor a Private Client Lawyer and a Legal Assistant.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client law.
• Strong technical expertise across complex matters.
• Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
