Private Client Solicitor – Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a Tier 1 Private Client Advisory team in Chichester. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office and remote work while supporting high‑net‑worth individuals and families with estate and succession matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on legal and tax aspects of estate and succession planning.
• Draft and manage trusts created during lifetime or by will.
• Deliver tax planning, estate administration and post‑death planning services.
• Collaborate with tax specialists and external professionals to ensure comprehensive solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in complex wills, probate, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney and estate administration.
• Hands‑on experience in lifetime inheritance tax planning and trust taxation.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Strong commercial awareness and a drive for business development.
