Private Client Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited, a Legal 500‑ranked firm in North Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level. The role offers a clear progression path, hybrid working and the chance to manage a full private client caseload from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and advise on wills, estate planning documents and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) matters.
• Handle declarations of trusts, trust administration and related capacity issues.
• Manage probate and estate administration, including high‑net‑worth estates.
• Develop new business through networking and client development activities.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to support the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse range of high‑value estates and trusts.
• Motivated to progress career and take on greater responsibility.
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to generate new business.
