Private Client Solicitor – Consultant (Fee Split)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our consultancy model as a self‑employed consultant. Working under the umbrella of a nationally recognised firm, you will benefit from a fee‑split arrangement while maintaining full autonomy over your practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist private client advice and representation to high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Manage a personal caseload, including wills, trusts, tax planning and dispute resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, generating a minimum billing of £100,000 per annum.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and maintain firm‑wide standards such as Lexcel accreditation.
• Collaborate with the firm’s compliance, admin and accounts teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload and meet revenue targets.
• Existing client base capable of generating at least £100,000 annual fees.
• Commitment to high‑quality, client‑focused service.
