Private Client Solicitor – Consultant (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced private client solicitors to join its national consultancy model as self‑employed consultants. The role offers the freedom to work remotely or from office, with a fee‑split arrangement of 70‑85 % based on revenue generated, and unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own private client caseload independently.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on fee‑earning activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and firm insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with the firm’s compliance, administration and accounts teams.
• Participate in regular in‑house training and utilise firm‑provided legal precedents.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload confidently.
• Existing client base generating at least £100,000 annual billing.
• Commitment to high standards of client care and professional integrity.
