About the role
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a large, agile and well‑established firm in Ipswich. The role offers a clear pathway to partnership, supported by extensive training, specialist courses and a generous bonus structure.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage private client wills, ranging from straightforward to highly complex cases.
- Draft and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Handle probate matters and related client queries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored legal advice.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
- Motivation to progress towards partnership.
- Ability to work independently and take on supervisory responsibilities.
Required skills
- Wills drafting and probate handling.
- Knowledge of Lasting Power of Attorney legislation.

- Competitive salary between £48,000 and £62,000, dependent on experience.
