Private Client Solicitor – Fee‑Share Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a nationally recognised law firm to expand its network of fee‑share consultants. As a Private Client Solicitor you will work remotely, focusing on high‑value client relationships and fee‑earning activities without the constraints of a traditional firm structure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad portfolio of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection, and tax succession planning.
• Develop and maintain your own client base while leveraging the firm’s national platform for referrals.
• Collaborate with cross‑practice teams to maximise service offering for clients.
• Maintain compliance and administrative standards with full back‑office support.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Private Client work.
• Existing client following or strong referral network is preferred.
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Committed to delivering excellent client service.
