Private Client Solicitor – Fully Remote

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm with a strong reputation, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to work fully remotely. The role offers exposure to a full spectrum of private client matters and the chance to develop specialist trust expertise alongside experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Advise clients on wills, probate and estate administration.
• Support the creation and administration of trusts.
• Handle powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist senior lawyers on complex estate‑planning projects.
• Provide practical, sensitive legal advice to individuals and families.
• Contribute to business‑development and networking initiatives.
• Ensure matters progress efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience handling a range of private client matters.
• Keen interest in developing specialist trust experience.
• Commercially aware with strong client‑care skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience in wills, probate and estate administration.
• Knowledge of trust creation and administration.
• Familiarity with powers of attorney and Court of Protection procedures.
