Private Client Solicitor – High Net Worth Focus

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEX professional with practising rights to lead a standalone private client practice in our Farnham office. The role offers the chance to inherit a lucrative high‑net‑worth client base and a well‑maintained will bank following a retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and related tax considerations.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice to discerning high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Maintain and grow the existing will bank while developing new business opportunities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Participate in monthly firm‑wide private client meetings and uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or CILEX member with practising rights.
• 5–10 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently and handle high‑net‑worth cases with discretion.
• Professional, well‑organised and client‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a standalone caseload within a quality‑driven firm.
