About the role

We are seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established regional law firm in Cumbria. The successful candidate will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, providing specialist advice on wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

Draft simple and complex wills for private clients.
Manage estate administration and prepare probate applications.
Prepare and review lasting powers of attorney.
Support tax and estate planning matters for clients.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
Between newly qualified (NQ) and up to 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
Demonstrated experience in wills, trusts and probate work.
Strong client‑facing abilities and professional communication skills.
